FREE Support for Customers Using Our Hosting Services
•If you use our hosting services, support is provided for FREE as long as you host with us.
•Phone support is available for 90 calendar days from the date your site is setup. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Mountain Time. During non-business hours you may send your support request on-line to us via the instructions provided to you with your account setup instructions.
•Online Support is provided after 90 days as long as you continue to host with us. You may send your support request on-line to us via the instructions provided to you in your account setup email.
•FREE Online support is available as long as you are using our hosting services
Support for Customers Using Other Hosting Services
•FREE Online Support - is provided for 90 days after your order is fulfilled. You may send your support request on-line to us via the instructions provided to you in your account setup email.
•Annual Support Service - An Annual Support Service may be purchased for $249 per year to provide you with support after the initial 90 days.
Priority Handling of Support Requests
•Support requests are handled on a priority basis to ensure the highest quality of service.
•We work to correct any operational or software problems as fast as possible and these requests receive top priority.
•We try to answer all non-emergency support questions within 1-3 business days after the question is received.
